I-CE-NY Story
We first introduced our original smashed and rolled ice cream to the world under the name “I-TIM-PAD” (ไอติมผัด in Thai). The company flourished in Thailand gaining 30 franchise vendors within the company’s first 6 months. Then in 2015, our founder Kajitsa Premwimol met with two college friends, Teeradej Naruenartwanich and Apisit Sutthisophaarpom, with the intention of crossing the Pacific to the United States. We were able to successfully open our first U.S. location in New York City and named it I-CE-NY. Now we’ve established over 250 locations all across Asia and over 20 locations in the U.S. with hopes of expanding even further.

The Best Creole Food in Austin!
Absolutely delicious!! The ice cream was amazing I highly recommend coming here for a quick treat. The staff was incredible kind and patient with us when we were ordering. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of space to sit down and eat. Additionally the restrooms were also very clean inside.

Authentic and Delicious!
They make the ice cream rolls right in front of you. It's a very interesting experience. The rolls have a slightly different texture than normal ice cream. I chose a creamy berry roll that was very good. It's definitely worth trying if you haven't had these before

As someone who loves Creole food, I can confidently say that Hyper Creole Austin exceeded my expectations! The dirty rice was packed with flavor, and the green salad was so fresh. Can’t wait to come back for more!
